I have been painting all my life. Thanks to various workshops, I was able to improve my skills and in summer 2007 held an art exhibition in Alexandria/ Egypt.
The enthusiasm of my three children for the carnival and Halloween encouraged me to try out my creativity in the face painting. After a short phase of self-taught practicing I was encouraged to take professional face painting classes in 2010. This workshops took place in the Eulenspiegel Face Painting Academy in Hadamar Niederzeuzheim in Frankfurt, Germany. It included a Basic Face Painting Workshop, an Advanced Face Painting Workshop and a "Swirls" Workshop - ornaments and decorations. In 2011, as soon as I had certificates, I have founded the company called "Sparkling Faces", registered and insured according to the Liechtenstein law.
In September 2011, I have continued to study the art of face and body painting and attended various airbrush workshops in Switzerland and in Austria. The airbrush technique opens up a whole new range of make-up options, which are particularly suitable for carnival designs.
Since 2012 I have been studying at the Face and Body Art International Convention (FABAIC) in Florida / USA. I had the pleasure to attend the workshops of the world most famous artists: Lynne Jamieson (Australia), Mark Reid (USA), Nick and Brian Wolfe (USA), Jinny (Canada), Annie Reynolds (Australia) and many more.
In May 2012 I took second place at the Face Painting Competition in the category "Novice".
In December 2013 I have attended a "Monster-Face-Painting" workshop, held by the face and body painting world champion Matteo Arfanotti, in Milan, Italy.
My second passion is photography. I continuously practice my photography skills. Almost all pictures on my Website are taken by me and some of them have already been published in the international magazines: Press
Since July 2012 I have been giving facepainting workshops for beginners, intermediate and advanced in Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
In March 2014 I had the pleasure to teach at the European Face and Body Art Event (EFABE) in Amsterdam / NL.
